The Father`s Day

On Father`s Day we had a plan to go together with five older groups to the forest park to  reorient with flashlights. But the weather was too bad for that. So instead we decided to reorient in kindergarten rooms.

We had military serviceman as surprise guests. They conducted warmup  exercises for the fathers in the hall. They  tested their endurance and strength. The orientations cards with questions were handed over by groups (for example – where in the kindergarten are baked the most delicious foods) and every group got one colored card.
Military serviceman and the teachers were divided to  their places and the orienteering began. It was exiting for the children as well as for the parents. Parents had the opportunity to examine the kindergarten`s rooms.
There was one task in every checkpoint to resolve. For example, in kitchen the darts were played. The poems were written at the swimming pool. Poems consisted of the words: child, father, mother, home, car. In every checkpoint  the group got a piece of the puzzle  by color. Finally these pieces of the puzzle were put together.

Flashlights were usefull, because there was dark in the basement. And it was more fun for the children this way.
Finally every group read their poem.
We thanked the military serviceman and groups for participation in orientation. We ate cookies together and drank tea.
